Specializing in rejuvenation and purification programs.

What it means to be well is unique for everyone. Even in our own lifetime we experience a myriad of ways we feel healthy and full of vitality. Many times, we call on our own health to meet the requirements of our busy lives, and are met with blockages.  For some people, having a healthy and steady mind is at the top of the list for upkeep. For others, digestion or elimination can be the problem. There are those who seek to move with less limitation and gain more energy, while others are reacquainting themselves with their own truth and light, or seeking to explore their inner path with more groundation and freedom. At GaiaTree, I work with people where they are, and aim to help them reattain their vitality. I use the yogic sciences as the basis for all the work I do with patients. Together, we craft a path that suits your stlye and pushes for progress.

Each person has a unique life experience that requires it's own strategy for health that is unique to the individual. We do not always need the same remedies, but we do all begin our path to wellness the same way- with a recognition that we are out of balance in some way, and a determination to progress and make steadfast change.

We begin with coming to terms with where we are in life. By accepting that the behaviors and choices we have been making have led to a place that needs improvement and support, we are at the space to take the needed responsibility to serve ourselves and address the issues that keep us bound to disharmony.

We begin with a full Ayurvedic evaluation to determine the nature of whats ailing you, or keeping you from being in balance. I assess you medical history and together we look at your current habits, lifestyle, food choices, and exercise regimen. Together, we go step by step to bring you back into a place of well being and harmony. We begin with simple diet and lifestyle adjustments, herbal support with handcrafted herbal medicines. After some time, when a baseline of health is established you receive any recommendations I can make for rejuvenation or detoxification programs. Ayurveda is the sister science to yoga, so I will likely suggest some form of yoga to accommodate Ayurvedic changes. This includes asana (postures) self examination through the yamas and niyamas (moral adherences), pranayama (breath work. Another working component is through the practice and insights of Jyotish (Vedic Astrology), and offer remedies based on your astrological composition.

If following your program completely, most people accumulate a vital, healthy body/mind/consciousness system, ready to live life to the fullest and serving your own personal dharma.
